This is one of the few dealership where the sales department actually want to sell you a car. They are very professional and courteous. They helped choose the best car and price that we got was awesome, I bet I will not find that kinda price anywhere. They stayed after hours on a Saturday to help us complete the paper work and off we drove......................

I live quite a distance from this dealer but had a lunch engagment nearby so decided to take my Corolla in for recall work. My phone experience arranging the appointment was very good... courteous and professional staff. After the work was done (and holding true to their time estimate) there were a couple of items they brought to my attention that needed tending to. I went home and started to check around pricing in my area and found that Serra's pricing was very reasonable so I actually decided to travel all the way back to have them service the issues I needed tended to. Service got me in and out promptly, I found my advisor to be very friendly and I have to say this is one of the 1st times I've actually enjoyed my car dealership experiences! Worth travelling to!

You know, car dealers are car dealers, they have a job to do and bills to pay, I know this before I walk in the door. But to be perfectly honest some dealerships are allot different than other differences, That's why I have bought 3 cars thru Serra Toyota in the 3 years they have been open, 1 new and 2 used for the kids Are they going to try to find you a car you love so you will buy it, sure they will. I still love my car and the kids car have had no problems with there's so I am happy, there just happy to have a car that always starts. Have I ever felt like I was strong armed, NO, did I ever feel like they were pushing me into a car I didn't want, NO, unlike other dealers I have been to. My very first visit there was to get work done on my old Toyota, they fixed her right, but the old boy served me well for a long time and I was due for a new one soon anyways, they showed me some new models while I was there and I ended up 2 months later coming back and buying a new one. They made a new car buying experience the best it could be, Thank you Nate
